Return Policy
PREPAID TREATMENT REFUND POLICY
Prepaid treatments and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable. However, any money paid can be credited and used towards another treatment package if you have not yet received the treatment(s) that you pre-purchased.
If a treatment package is discontinued after receiving one or more treatments from the series, you will be credited for the unused treatments after all discounts have been removed from the entire package purchased. Treatment packages are discounted because they are being purchased as a series of treatments, therefore, if you do not complete the series, you are disregarding the sales prices and paying for the received treatments at full price. The remaining balance can be credited to use towards the cost of another treatment.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase! To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the original order date. We offer store credit for returned items; unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time. Please note, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs. All products purchased on discount, subscriptions, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. MISSING PACKAGE
In the event that a package shows as delivered but has not been received, please allow an additional 3 business days as carriers can occasionally experience scanning errors. If your package has still not arrived after this period, please reach out to our customer service team at info@soultulsa.com.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
