Return Policy
PREPAID TREATMENT POLICY
Prepaid treatments and treatment packages are offered as a commitment-based investment in your treatment plan and are not considered gift cards. All packages are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
All packages must be used within [6–12 months] of purchase unless otherwise specified at the time of sale. Any unused services or value remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.
If no treatments have been used, prepaid amounts may be applied toward another treatment or package within the active package period only. Once any portion of a package has been used, and the patient chooses not to complete the series, the value of services already received will be recalculated at full, non-discounted pricing. Any remaining balance may then be issued as in-store credit to be used toward another treatment or product.
All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and provider approval. Patients are responsible for scheduling and completing treatments within the designated timeframe. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiture of that session.
Package pricing reflects preferred rates and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
By purchasing a prepaid treatment or package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase! To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the original order date. We offer store credit for returned items; unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time. Please note, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs. All products purchased on discount, subscriptions, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. MISSING PACKAGE
In the event that a package shows as delivered but has not been received, please allow an additional 3 business days as carriers can occasionally experience scanning errors. If your package has still not arrived after this period, please reach out to our customer service team at info@soultulsa.com.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the event a product in your package arrives damaged, please reach out to info@soultulsa.com. If you have a quality concern with a product, please reach out to our customer service team at info@soultulsa.com.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be used toward any products or services at Soul Aesthetics and are treated as cash value. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Your gift card expires 5 years from the date of purchase. Soul Aesthetics does not charge service or dormancy fees. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.
